Audio Configuration
While playing Sonic Generations with a sound device (like a speaker, headphones, or computer speakers) the game may become unusable until the sound device is changed. This also applies to games using other means of sound playback. In order to fix this issue, follow these steps:
Click Settings.
Click Graphics.
Click Audio.
Click Hardware.
Change the sound device to the default audio device.
To fix any audio issues, set the audio to the default device (not the microphone).

clang bug in gcc, clang and g++
Any ideas what is wrong with clang when it is installed on OSX 10.7 (Lion)?
It has a problem detecting the correct optimizer and one of the following link errors are reported (even though the same code is working fine on other systems)

There are some other errors involving headers not found but they seem unrelated and it is clang that is having problems.
A:
There was a library conflict with libclang_rt.dylib.
After uninstalling all existing libclang_rt versions in my system and installing a new version from llvm.org it works fine again.
